Welcome to Think On, a unique fusion of nursing expertise and creative design, dedicated to empowering nurses and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Kim McLellan, a Registered Nurse since 2006, with a passion for supporting internationally qualified nurses. Since 2015, I have worked closely with nurses navigating the challenges of integrating into new healthcare systems. My experience includes completing the UK OSCE Train the Trainer programme and developing OSCE-based assessments since 2018 in various forms. This journey has given me firsthand insight into the hurdles nurses face when preparing for Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs).

Understanding these challenges, I created an online learning programme tailored to support nurses preparing for the NZ OSCE exam, a vital step required by the Nursing Council of New Zealand for registration.

Alastair McLellan, is a talented graphic designer and the creative force behind Think On. He ensures that our content not only delivers value but also looks visually stunning, enhancing the learning experience for every nurse who joins our programmes.

Think On holds a special place in our hearts. The name originates from the McLellan family motto and crest, and it’s a tribute to Alastair’s late father, Ian McLellan. Ian’s  support for our entrepreneurial dreams continues to inspire us, even after his passing from cancer. Think On is our way of honouring his memory and carrying forward his legacy of encouragement and resilience and working in God's Ministry.
